EXCHANGE:
We have implemented the following exchange policy:
•We only accept exchanges for damaged products or size issues.
•No Return/exchange based on customer likings
•You must provide a proper unboxing video that clearly shows the damage to the product.
•Our exchange policy lasts till 5 days from the date of delivery.
•We will not accept exchanges for any other reason than damage or size issues.
•Item is eligible for a exchange request only once.
•SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
•The unboxing video must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the item.
•We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the unboxing video does not clearly show the damage.
RETURN:
Return is NOT AVAILABLE in any case.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
1. Delivery boy will come to your address within 1-3 days and you have to handover that incorrect or damage pc
2. When we will receive that pc , then we will ship that same fresh pc to your address immediately
3. Note - Fresh pc will be dispatched after receiving the damaged pc
If the size is not available for reshipment then we will issue the gift card instead of that.

PLEASE NOTE
- We shall not be deemed for exchange for any small issues such as thread underneath the reversible side. Since Chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut too short to ensure the embroidery is protected.
- The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are naturally occurring due to human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motives/threads will not be liable under an exchange policy. Every piece is unique and one of a kind made by human hands only for you, so please excuse the minor variations. Thank you for your understanding.
