Return or Exchange Policy
We have implemented the following exchange policy:
•We only accept exchanges for damaged products.
•No change for Size Issue.
•No Return/exchange based on customer likings
•You must provide a proper unboxing video that clearly shows the damage to the product.
•The unboxing video must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the item.
•We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the unboxing video does not clearly show the damage.
•We will not accept exchanges for any other reason than damage.
HOW TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?
- If you have received a damaged product and you have a proper unboxing video then you have to drop your complaint with a proper unboxing video at our WhatsApp number - +91 8090951095 within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will respond to your complaint within 24 hours.
- If your unboxing video is proper , the unboxing should be without cut or pause and the parcel should not be opened before the video and the damage should be shown during the video and the complaint is acceptable then we will accept your exchange request.
After accepting your request you have to ship to the address given below:

When we will recieve your damaged piece then we will dispatch the fresh piece to your address.
Note - Fresh piece will be Dispatched after Receiving the Parcel.
PLEASE NOTE
- We shall not be deemed for exchange for any small issues such as thread underneath the reversible side. Since Chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut too short to ensure the embroidery is protected.
- The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are naturally occurring due to human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motives/threads will not be liable under an exchange policy. Every piece is unique and one of a kind made by human hands only for you, so please excuse the minor variations. Thank you for your understanding.
