Unhappy with customer service and cooperation

I bought 2 pieces, both of the same size. However, I is really really loose from the crossback, while the other fits perfectly.
I have been trying you reach out and see if anything is possible to to get my correct size. But you guye dont seem to have any value of customer service. I have called several times kn the Whatsapp number and even left a review earlier stating the same issue. But no resolve as of yet.
I will really appreciate if we can work through the issue together. I really do love both the pices and their quality, its just the size that's the issue.

Looking forward to hearing back and some resolution!
